Custom tools & automation
Replace repetitive admin work with a tool built around how your business actually operates: intake, approvals, publishing, reporting, and the handoffs in between.
Custom tools. Connected systems. Real breathing room.
You shouldn’t need to copy the same information into five places to get one job done. I build the connections and custom tools that take that work off your plate.
What I can take off your plate
Start with the problem, not a shopping list of software.
Replace repetitive admin work with a tool built around how your business actually operates: intake, approvals, publishing, reporting, and the handoffs in between.
Make your website, CRM, calling tools, and business systems share information. My experience includes SugarCRM, VICIdial, insurance websites, and other CRM platforms.
Turn an event, offer, or idea into a coordinated campaign: content planning, platform-specific copy, scheduling, and reporting. Connect marketing to the information you already maintain.
Selected work
At Roasted, I connected event publishing and social campaign preparation so the same verified event details can flow into the website, tickets, platform-specific posts, and Story assets.
Review steps, duplicate checks, and scheduling controls keep the operator in charge. The goal: fewer manual handoffs, consistent details, and a repeatable way to promote what’s happening.

versus the first three days of August
Source: Roasted’s Mixpost snapshot recorded September 5, 2026. Three-day comparison, not a long-term trend or proof of causation. Results varied by platform; Facebook did not improve against the same August window.
Music bingo + trivia
Dabgo brings music bingo and trivia workflows into a purpose-built platform, with content authoring, reviewable publishing, and coordinated host and display experiences.
It’s an example of the work I do when off-the-shelf software doesn’t quite fit: understand the process, build the right tools, and manage the details that make them usable.

More than writing code
From the first “there has to be a better way” to a working system your team can use.
Look at what people actually do, where information gets stuck, and which fixes matter most.
Choose what to connect, what to build, and what to leave alone. Set a clear scope.
Work through the edge cases, preserve what works, and help people make the transition.
Use real feedback and reporting to decide what should happen next.
